In a mission to ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction, Our Return Policy is the following: 

1. If a product is unused in resellable condition, it can be sent back to our office within 30 days of the invoice date to receive a full refund. 
2. If a product is opened, and is in its manufacturer condition, it can be sent back to our office and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded value of the item. 
3. Custom products are non-refundable. 
4. Special Order Products(Quantities in Excess of 100) may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
5. Used, or otherwise non-stockable items may not be refunded. 
6. If damaged during shipping, the incident must be reported within 24 hours of order delivery.
7. Refunds are in the form of in-store credit.
